1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Urlogo. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer the following options for returns:
Customized Logo Designs: Due to the personalized nature of our logo design services, refunds are generally not available once the design process has begun or the final files have been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial concept presented, you may request revisions according to the terms of your package.
Physical Products: If you receive a physical product (e.g., printed materials) that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a return or replacement.
2. Refunds
Customized Logo Designs: Refunds for customized logo designs may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the delivered design does not meet the specifications agreed upon. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Physical Products: Refunds for physical products are issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer support team at 9655006666 or urlogovolumezero@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
4. Exceptions
Products that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Digital products and services other than customized logo designs are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged physical products. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange.
